As We Head to Madison for CNU 19, CNU Wisconsin Becomes 16th CNU Chapter.

This couldn't have been scripted any better; right on the cusp of CNU 19's start in Madison comes official word that CNU Wisconsin is now the 16th Chapter of the Congress for the New Urbanism. And though the WI Chapter of the Congress for the New Urbanism began forming this spring, we now officially welcome them into the CNU fold.
